鋁箔紙
鋁箔紙 鋁箔紙是居家櫥櫃中常備用品,價格低廉、容易使用、隨用隨棄免清洗、耐高溫、可保溫等好處。不過,更棒的是,鋁箔紙通常經得起我們的『二重剝削』! 首先,我們先來看看鋁箔紙的第一重剝削: 1.防油膩、助清洗 首先,我們可將鋁箔紙折出一個較漂亮的角度平鋪在盤子,然後再擺上較油膩的菜餚(如烤魚或炸天婦羅等),用完餐,只要將鋁箔紙拿掉,讓清洗工作可更輕鬆完成。同理,也可鋪在沾板上切油膩食材,以免沾板沾油難清洗。或是炒菜前,可將鋁箔紙貼在瓦斯爐台前牆面上,以免噴到的油漬難清除。 2.包裹食材碳烤、增風味 當然,也可將食材包入鋁箔紙內進行燒烤,比如奶油螃蟹、烤蛤蠣等,可鎖住食材的鮮甜風味!鋁箔紙一般分光面及霧面。霧面較易吸熱,所以應將霧面朝向光熱處,才會發揮效果。因此,烤肉時,以鋁箔紙亮面處包裹食物、霧面對著炭火,肉才容易烤熟。 【小叮嚀】坊間傳說用鋁箔紙燒烤會致癌,但衛生署指出,目前並沒有關於以鋁、錫箔紙包覆食物燒烤加熱會產生有毒物質的相關報告。但基於安全考量,衛生署建議消費者,若是用鋁箔紙包裹食材燒烤時,不要在鋁箔紙內滴入檸檬汁等酸性物質,因為鋁箔紙是金屬類,當金屬與酸性物質混合在一起時,會發生化學變化,容易產生對人體有害的物質。 3. 可快速幫助冷凍 從市場買回來的肉品或海鮮可以趁鮮用保鮮膜包好,再包上一層鋁箔紙放入冷凍庫,這樣可以讓食材更快速冷凍,保持食物鮮度! 鋁箔紙的各種妙用,讓忙碌現代人做家事事半功倍。而且,用過的鋁箔紙,千萬不要就這樣丟棄!讓我們來對它們進行二次剝削! 1. 我們可以將用過的鋁箔紙揉成一小團,丟進洗碗槽的排水孔。鋁箔紙團經水沖洗會與排水孔衝撞,產生金屬離子作用,排水孔就不易沾黏廚餘的油膩,並有除臭的功能。(真的有效!筆者家中用了很多年,清洗排水孔變得很簡易!)2. 揉成小團的鋁箔紙會有許多稜線及稜角,可像砂紙般產生刮削作用。這時就可用來刮馬鈴薯、牛蒡、老薑等果皮,不用擔心削掉太多,且細節部位也容易削,成為安全的削皮器。 3. 也可取代菜瓜布用來括除鍋子底層燒焦處。不過,如果家中使用的是不鏽鋼鍋,就避免使用此方法,容易刮傷。 4. 家中變鈍的剪刀只要在折成兩三層厚的鋁箔紙上剪一剪,便可輕易地讓剪刀恢復雄風。同理,也可以用幾張重疊的鋁箔紙對折,再用菜刀慢慢裁開,作為現成的磨刀石! 5. 在台灣這樣的亞熱帶區可能不需要,像在日本、歐美冬天會下雪的國家,天氣一冷,排水管容易結冰水出不來。這時,可用鋁箔紙將水管包裹好,可以隔絕冰凍的空氣,抑制結凍問題。 這些巧思,讓被二重剝削的鋁箔紙們生命更為精彩有價值,也讓人類的生活變得更為豐富且多元。日本今年流行一句話:「ぢひⅷぁ广⑼、すつ宀ⅸ」(我不是小氣,我是環保!)。沒錯,能夠發揮生活小智慧,讓用品得以再次剝削(使用)就是身為地球人的我們小小的環保貢獻,從此,不要說我小氣啦!
